One Hogwarts term and it seems 1000 character descriptions
later, all the characters have finally been filled. Sorry
if you wanted to write one, but I can't take anymore any longer-
we already have doubles on alot of them. Thanx to all that
contributed. We'll have to wait until the 5th book for more...

This
page is designed as a place where new (or old) HP fans can learn
something about the characters. I did Harry's as an example:
Harry Potter - by me (Mystica)!!!!
Harry is the orphaned
hero of the books. His parents, James and Lilly Potter,
were murdered by Voldemort when Harry was a year old. Now
he lives with the Dursleys, his only living relatives, who treat
him horribly. Every summer, Harry can't wait until
September 1st when he can return to Hogwarts school of witchcraft
and wizardry with his best friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger.
Hermione
Granger -
by Angelina Spinnet
Hermione is one
of Harry's best friends. Her parents are muggels so she does not
know much about the wizard world. She still gets very good grades
even though she did not know she was a witch until she got the
letter from Hogwarts. Hermione is also kind of bossy sometimes
but she is always at Harrys side.
Ron Weasley - by Katy James
Ron is harry's
best friend. His family is poor. He has 4 brothers and 1 sister.
His dad works for the magic ministry. Ron's least favorite subject
is divanation. His twin brother's are jokesters. He does ok in
school.
Ron Weasley - by Lizabeth Bell
He has red hair,
like all Weasley's. He grew up in a wizarding family and is the
5th child to go to Hogwarts. He was Harry's first friend and is
still his best friend.
Ginny Weasley - by Lizabeth Bell
This is Ron Weasley's
little sister. She has red hair, like all the Weasley's. She get's
her first glance at Harry Potter, whom she is a fan beyond all
else, when he journey's to platform 9 and 3/4. She tried to start
a Harry Potter fan club and is soooo jealous of Ron because he
gets to talk to Harry all the time and gets to learn to be a wizard
at Hogwarts. She first goes to Hogwarts in the 2nd book.
Percy Weasley - by Meagn
Ron's older brother,
who is obssesed with work and perfection (he's was a perfect and
head boy). Percy does boring reports and has a tendency to be
a bit tempered.
Fred &
George Weasley -

Fred and George
Weasly are two very funny red-head Gryffindors. They are 2 of
Ron's 4 older brothers and they are twins. They are always playing
jokes on people like throwing fillibusters fireworks and their
favorite class is going to Hogsmeade. Also, they are the Gryffindor's
2 fabulous quidditch beaters (the ones with clubs that hit the
bludgers away).
Fred &
George Weasley -

These twins are
adventerous and absolutely crave trouble. They love playing jokes
and wish to own a joke shop one day. Like all of the Weaslys,
these two have red hair. They are the fourth of the Weasly children
to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Bill Weasley - by Meagn
He is Ron's brother
and is working with Gringotts currently, he has long hair and
and earring of which his mother does not approve.
Charlie
Weasley -

He is Ron's older
brother and is working with dragons in Romania, he is helpful
and I believe is the current caretaker of Norbert the Norweighen
Ridgeback.
Arthur Weasley - by Melanie Diggory
Ron Weasley's
dad. He is fascinated with muggles. He works at the Ministry
of Magic, figuring out how muggle objects work. His enemy
is Draco Malfoy's father.
Arthur Weasley - by Megan
A father of 7,
he works in the Ministry of Magic (Misuse of Muggle Artifacts).
He likes to learn about muggles and is an all around friendly
guy.
Molly Weasley - by Meagn
A mother of seven,
Mrs. Weasly is a plump loving woman. She has taken it upon herself
to take good care of Harry, and make sure he is treated properly.
Mrs. Weasly can be a bit tempermental but in the end she means
well.
Albus Dumbledore - by Joanthan Diggory
Boy is Albus Dumbledore going down!(In history i mean) He is famous
among all witches and wizards of the world for finding 7 things
about dragons blood and dueling and deafeating a dark wizard just
to name a few. He has been the headmaster and teacher at Hogwarts
for so long, not even a mathmatician could count them!

Small moon shaped spectacles and millions of cloaks (or thats
what it looks like). You know that when you see that you've seen
Albus Dumbledore. This is a wise old man (oops! did i say old?
i meant wise..again! hehe) who knows just about all there is to
know about magic. Oh yeah! He's the headmaster of Hogwarts!!!

This man is considered
brilliant by most, but mad by some. The headmaster of Hogwarts
and former proffessor, this man has plenty of experience. A fine
rolemodel to all.
Minerva
McGonagall - by Laurel Crimson
A woman with a
high temper. Head of the Gryffindor house, deputy headmistress,
and Transfiguration teacher, you can definately say this woman
is bright. Not very many students are fond of her though.
Professor
Flitwick (his first name is John) -

Professor John
Flitwick is the teacher of Charms and Spells at Hogwarts. In
Harry's first year he deeply enjoyed Professor Flitwick. As Harry
got older and started doing more poorly in Charms class, Professor
Flitwick assigned more homework wich made Harry not like him as
much anymore.
Severus

Is A Hooked Nosed Teacher. He Hates Harry Potter Because Severus
And Harry's Father (James Potter) Didn't Get Along When They Were
In School. Severus Likes Draco Malfoy (fave). Draco Malfoy Is
The Same Charactor As Severus Snape. Severus Snape Is The Head

Head of the Slytherin house and Potions master of Hogwarts. He
absolutely hates the famous Harry Potter, and also hated Harry's
father, James Potter. He has always wanted the Defense Against
the Dark Arts job, but unfortunately, has never received it.

He was a Defense
Against the Dark Arts teacher in book one, everyone seemed to
like him, but it turned out that in that turban he wore was Lord
Voldemort! (You-Know-Who). He's dead now, but I can't say anyone
is upset about it.
Gilderoy

He was the Defense
Against the Arts teacher in book two. He was very vain, and prided
himself on his hair, looks, etc. He always had to be in the spotlight
and tried to help out Harry. At the end he used a spell that backfired
and has lost all memory of anything ever.
Alastor
(Mad-Eye) Moody(the real one) - by Meagn
He's a paraniod
wizard, with a right to be, we supposedly met him in the 4th book
but he didn't say much. He has a magical eye and a wooden leg,
he has shaggy hair, and is probaly recovering from his er... incident.

As head of the
Hufflepuff house, proffesser sprout is pretty nice, and smart.
Proffesser Sprout teaches Herbology and grows things for the infirmary.

but if you talk to him, he's one of the kindest men you'll ever

The Divination
teacher at Hogwarts. She is very supersticious and loves predicting
peoples deaths. A favorite of Parvati Patil and Lavender Brown.
Every year Harry has had her as a teacher, she has predicted his
death.

He is the History
of Magic teacher at Hogwarts, and the only ghost thats a professer.
It's said that he died in his sleep but he just got up and went
to work like always, leaving his body behind. His classes are
rumored to be very boring.

the Flying teacher at Hogwarts, and referees some Quidditch games.
The books don't mention her too much.

a loooong neck. She is a nosy woman, and the mother of Dudley
Dursley. Her sister is Lily Potter who she was very jealous of.
She doesn't like Harry and thinks him to be a disgrace.
Vernon Dursley - by Megan
A large man with
a black mustache, Vernon who is a very angry tempermental man.
He is the father of Dudley. Vernon works for a Drill making company,
he is ashamed of Harry.
Dudley Dursley - by Laurel Crimson
An extremely over
weight child. He is Harry's cousin and his favorite hobby is beating
Harry up. He is very spoiled.

Marge Dursley -

Vernon Dursleys
sister, she owns several vicous dogs. Marge spoils Dudley but
seems to complete forget Harry except for his bad manners.

A rich spoiled
Slytherin boy, who I personally adore. He is Harry Potter's worst
enemy and loves insulting people. Embarrassed very easily. He
also loves to brag. He has pale skin and pale hair.

father, it is suspected that he works for You-Know-Who. He has
some illegal things hidden in his, and bought the entire Slytherin
quidditch team Nimbus Two Thousand Ones in book two.

wife of Lucius, other then that she is not mentioned much.

He is known as Goyle and is sort of slow. He likes to pick on
small people and eat.

Voldemort is truly
evil at heart. He is often called you-know-who or he-who-must-not-be-named
for many still fear his great powers. He killed Harry Potter's
family when Harry was just an infant. His mothers love protected
Harry from harm and that was when Voldemort lost most of his powers
and became very weak. Will he become strong again?...
Lord Voldemort - by Draco Malfoy
Lord Voldemort
is truly evil! He murders people just for fun. However,
his main target now is Harry Potter. When Harry Potter
was young, Lord Voldemort killed Harry's parent Lily and James.
When Lord Voldemort was young he went to Hogwarts. He was
in Slytherin. He blamed Rubeus Hagrid for opening the chamber
of secrets, when he knew it was himself.

Fudge -

Cornelius is the
Head of the Ministry of Magic, he is a nice fatherly fellow, who
took time to help Harry in book three.

Bagman -

Ludo as he is
commanly known, is a former Quidditch player (for the Wasps) and
is now the head of the Derpartment of Magical Sports and Games.

Crouch(Ministry) -

He is Percy Weasly's
boss. He called Percy Weatherbee until he became ill becuase of
his sons connections with You-Know-Who.

Convicted by his
own father he was sent to Azkaban. His mother traded places with
him and he lived with his father until book four where he pretended
to be Mad Eye Moody in a plot to kill Harry.
Rita Skeeter - by Laurel Crimson
A reporter for
the Daily Prophet. She loves to gossip and lies in her articals.
She will make up stories about you if you cross her, or if she
dislikes you.
Viktor Krum - by Laurel Crimson
The seeker for
the Bulgarian quidditch team. He is adored by many girls just
because he is famous. He has an unattractive, sharp image. He
came to Hogwarts in the fourth book and hit it off pretty well
with Hermione Granger.
Fleur Delacour - by Megan
Fleur was the
Beauxbatons champion in the Tri-Wizard Tournement. Her little
sister is very important to her, and she has been seen kissing
Roger Davies.
Madame Olympe
Maxime -

The headmistress
of Beauxbatons, she is a very very large woman. She used Hagrid
to find out the first task. Hagrid liked her for a little bit,
but later he got over it.

You-Know-Who but was not convicted.

A lieing cheating
rat would describe Peter, known as Wormtail he has been working

for the death of the Potters.

Harry's father,
he is known to his friends as Prongs. James has messy jet black
hair and is truly trustworthy and loyal.

she was pretty woman
with sparkling green eyes. She is the sister of Petunia Dursley
and very nice, it is she who gave Harry his greatest defense against
You-Know-Who, her love.

Commonly know
as Padfoot, Sirius is Harry's godfather and has spent the last
couple years in Azkaban plotting to kill Peter Petigrew.

A freed house
elf that works in the kitchen of Hogwarts. He was freed by Harry
Potter from the Malfoys and loves any type of socks and clothes.

An annoying little
house-elf with a fondness for socks. His attempts to save Harry's
life usually wind up nearly killing him.

Winky was Mr.
Crouchs elf until she was fired, of which she was very upset.
Winky believes it is a house elfs duty to be loyal to there masters
and never tell there secrets.

then killed her. No one knows what happened to her but a few people,
most believe she just got lost.

is a very important person at Hogwarts! He is a chick magnet from
his looks and how he plays quidditch very well. He is about the
only person from Hufflepuff right now that is popular. Hufflepuff
would go dead without Cedric but that just might happen (Hint!

is a very funny kid in the Harry Potter books. He is as people
would say, "An accident waiting to happen." He is Harry's
age and is forgetting everything. At home he lives with his grandma
and his worst class is Potions because it is run by Severus Snape.

subject and the subject he is best at is Herbology.
